Biscayne Green Wraps Up, Public Demands It Be Permanent

EasyGrass, LLC. is proud to have sponsored Biscayne Green, an innovative project that transformed Downtown Miami parking lots into temporary parks from January 2nd to 26th. The event wrapped up to rave reviews and, most importantly, public clamor that it become an integral and permanent part of the Biscayne Boulevard corridor.

Organized and implemented by the City of Miami’s Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA), this month-long installation repurposed existing parking lots into an open, pedestrian-friendly, active public space for local residents and visitors to enjoy. Biscayne Green also featured recreational and entertainment amenities throughout the day.

EasyGrass, LLC. participated in the Biscayne Green project with two of its product lines, EasyGrass®, artificial turf for heavy traffic areas, and EasyIvy®, its lush, weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and flame-retardant artificial foliage.
